After writing these songs two and a half years ago, the debut EP from my side project with Simon “The Analog Kid” Andrews (a fellow chip artist who is massively underrated and unknown, and also the guitarist in my band Dark Warriors) has finally been released. ANALOG WIZARDS started off as an experiment for us to write songs inspired by various video games and ended up becoming an outlet for us to write progressive metal(ish) chiptunes with Modplug. I’m not sure that we’ll ever write or release any more material, but I’m proud of this EP and happy to finally have these songs collected in one place.
