    A two day open trial concerning the Timbaland Plagiarism Controversy is starting today at 09:00 Finland Time at Helsinki District Court.

    Universal will be present with their lawyers and expert witnesses, so will Turre.com with their expert witnesses.

    Here’s hoping some justice is served for GRG! From what I read, it seems Tempest has settled an agreement with Timbaland and now is basically denying GRG, so fuck money and all that shit and let there be some justice. If this case gets solved on the side of Glenn, it will be historic.

  • MSSIAH C64 MIDI SID Software cartridge Appeared

    Those who have been in lascivious expectation of the release date of this super hyped C64 music software, wait no more: Today, the MSSIAH software is available for purchase from the MSSIAH website in exchange for 49.95 hard earned Euros.

    Pay attention, though:

    “Incoming orders that are preordered are prioritized. Cartridge availability for non-preorder customers is extremely limited!
    Unfortunately we need to restrict orders to
    1 Cartridge per customer! (even for preorders!)”

    So if you didn’t pre-order, you best hurry before they are sold out.

    This is a good choice for those who want to use a C64 in their MIDI rig, however, I hope they fixed the serious issues from P64, since besides a quite useless Wave Player module (plays 4-bit samples, why not 8-bit samples after code for such a thing is widely available?), this is pretty much Prophet64 with a MIDI IN plug bolted on.

    After this update, the collection should contain 36,081 SID files!
    This update features (all approximates):
    1059 new SIDs
    54 fixed/better rips
    2 fixes of PlaySID/Sidplay1 specific SIDs
    10 repeats/bad rips eliminated
    431 SID credit fixes
    232 SID model/clock infos
    9 tunes from /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/ identified
    40 tunes moved out of /DEMOS/ to their composers’ directories
    14 tunes moved out of /GAMES/ to their composers’ directories
