“ProTrekkr (formerly known as NoiseTrekker by Juan Antonio Arguelles Rius aka Arguru) is a tracker program combining a software synthesizer together with a traditional samples tracker which can be used to create electronic music (like psytrance, trance goa, hard acid, IDM, chip, techno, etc.) for small sized intros, demos or games.”

I used to love noisetrekker, when it was in dos. I thought that it turned into renoise.
Huh, I haven’t ever really tried any of these oldschool standard trackers, but after a few minutes experimenting, its pretty cool! The synth was easy to use, and I got a bass line bumpin’ fairly quickly. Now to just get the 303 emulator to work on it…
P.S. It has playback routines for the PSP!
