We dug deep and found the ballots crumpled up and left for dead in the trash under some half eaten pork ribs.

I was going to wait until Saturday to release this along with the Nanovoice compilation, but I’m impatient. So, here it is after almost three years in the making. A compilation about love, loss, lust, robots, androids, automatons and our love for machines real or imaginary.

By Peter Swimm, on July 14th, 2009 This sounds great, a definite highwater mark for covers comps after months of abysmal lows. Well curated, and well composed.

“Exec(‘Coward’) – The Sinistar Sinicore Sample Comp!
- Sissy Creeper – Flashbob
- Sinistartled – Chip Champion
- The Headache – eLectrodreams
- Therefore We are Always Confident – we the sick
- Alexis Berlin – Edward Shallow
- Mr. Functional – little-scale
This comp was done over the course of one month using only samples ripped from the cult-classic arcade game, Sinistar.
This sample pack, ripped by Beware, includes 21 samples of lasers, explosions, sound FX and those vocals samples that can still strike fear into the hearts of anyone who played the game as a child. Each participant was allowed to splice, stretch, speed up, slow down, pitch, etc, etc, etc the samples into whatever they wanted, but these samples, and ONLY these samples, have been used.
via little-scale: Exec(‘Coward’) – The Sinistar Sinicore Sample Comp.
