Impostor Nostalgia is the debut album by video game music composer Big Giant Circles. It is a collection of retro inspired electronic-fused chiptune(ish) music featuring the talents of many amazing people from the video game music community, including C418 (Minecraft), Souleye (VVVVVV), Disasterpeace (FEZ), Alex Brandon (Deus Ex), Mick Gordon (Need for Speed Shift), zircon (Monkey Island 2) and many more.
A disgrace to true chip artists everywhere, this album tries hard to disguise it’s tracks in varying degrees of chiptune elements to varying degrees of success. The important thing is that the music is saturated in the flavors of not only many classic game soundtracks you know and love, but also the more modern edge of electronic music. And most importantly of all, it’s fun :)

The long awaited debut release of swedish chipmusic legend zabutom is a 7-track epic consisting of 16-bit era space shooting sounds executed in a furious series of hyperdimensional energy blasts that intend to capture a sense of videogame elation and final confrontation.
Originally conceived over 10 years ago, it has since been on a vast journey through the outer reaches of the universe before finally landing back on planet earth, it’s story told by blistering saw waves of chip destruction ultimately articulated in the distinguished musical style of zabutom. Get ready for take-off!

Almost a year ago Ubiktune-v2 was launched, but ever since then we were thinking about how to improve and make the label better place for kind of music we all love so much. Finally, this is it.
We’d like to thank all people who was supporting and help us in our mission and personally Sander/Focus (for the brilliant art), Mercurius and micksam7 (for stable hosting and mirror providing).
During 2011 we’d like to introduce for you more great music.
